SUGAR MAPLE PHASE 3
When developers of Sugar Maple Ridge in Morgantown, WV discovered that Phase 3 of the development was short approximately 15,000 yards of dirt, they engaged Landcore for insight on potential redesign options. Landcore surveyed the site and found the necessary yardage. In addition to finding the required material, team members were able to create seven more house seats to bring more value to the developer.
Putnam County BAnk
In the summer of 2020, board members of Putnam County Bank chose Landcore to renovate and expand their Interstate branch located in Hurricane, WV. Landcore was fortunate to be involved early in the design phase and ultimately construct the project.
GREENE COUNTY TRANSFER STATION
After deciding to expand their operations in Mt. Morris, PA, Mountain State Waste (MSW) turned to Landcore to assist them through all phases of the project. Mountain State Waste chose Landcore based on the relationship formed from prior projects.
